1st Offical Medical Facial Exercise Study
Facial Exercise Study To Be Conducted This Fall Aug. 10, 2009 - It was announced today Gary Sikorski, one of the world's foremost experts on face Yoga, will be conducting the first ever medical study proving the effectiviness of facial exercises. This study will examine the effects of muscle resistance facial toning exercises on the muscles of the face, neck and scalp. Detractors and those unfamiliar with facial exercise have often dismissed the techniques, stating that there has never been any medical proof supporting exercising facial muscles. Well, that is all about to change. Proof is on the way!
Facial exercise techniques have been around for decades. However, it has only been recently, as the techniques of face yoga have evolved and positive results have been reported, that these exercises have gained popular recognition. "Anatomically the muscles of facial expression become less robust over time, creating the unwanted changes of wrinkles and sagging seen in the mirror. A 'workout' program, when practiced regularly, may tone and volumize these facial muscles." states a local doctor.
"After years of studying the facial muscles and the different techniques of exercising them, and working with hundreds of students in facial exercise classes and seminars, I have seen wonderful results time and time again. And the evidence that exists on their faces does not lie; resistance facial toning exercise makes elective surgery for face-lifts virtually unnecessary." adds Gary Sikorski.
This important facial exercise study will be starting in late October, 2009.
