I’d love to visit your group or organization to present one of my Happy Face Yoga Facial Exercise Seminars!

My presentations usually last about an hour and half and focus on the following:

• Introduction of Myself
• Introduction/Explanation of Facial Exercise
• The Bad News: As We Age…
• The Good News: Results from Face Yoga
• Good Habits for the Face
• Tips for Facial Success
• Presentation of Facial Exercises

I will try to present as many of my 18 basic exercises as time allows. I would gladly present all 18 but I would need more time! Consideration has to made as to the size of the group (larger groups generally take more time) and also beginner’s faces tend to get sore!
So, this needs to be taken into consideration.

To book a presentation I would need a group of at least 10 people. But the more the merrier!

The cost of the seminar is $85.00 per person, which includes my Happy Face Yoga DVD and my Instruction Exercise Worksheets (a $39.99 value). The group size or the cost of the presentation can be negotiated if you are located within 2 hours of Fort Lauderdale 😊
